In every grade level you will have a teacher who will encourage you to be better, excel in your talents and you will have those who will discriminate you base on your looks, gender and race. Teachers have a very important role and they should understand that being biased and negative will not only cause our kids to fail in their class but also make our kids to want to give up in school completely.
