What does it feel like to be included? And how does it feel to be excluded? I'm not here today to talk about the business case for diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging. I'm here to talk about what it really means at the soul level and how each leader can take their own journey just like I've been on myself. So I've invited my favorite expert on the topic.

Maureen "Mo" Berkner Boyt is the Founder of The Moxie Exchange and the Everyday Inclusion app. She is a thought partner to organizations and executives serious about creating an inclusive workplace. She holds a M.Ed. in Organizational Development, is a graduate of Corporate Coach U, authored the 5-book series, Rock Your Moxie: Power Moves for Women Leading the Way, and is the host of a monthly online workshop series of the same name. She has coached, trained, and delivered high-impact keynotes and workshops for 1000s of leaders around the globe, as well as founding multiple successful businesses.
