Born in England, Ben lived in Geneva for 12 years, and is now settled in Potsdam, near Berlin. He is a Feldenkrais teacher and works with children with special needs, and also with adults and seniors. Whilst at university he developed 'writer's cramp', a focal dystonia that threatened to stop him from developing a career. It took him 15 years to find a solution which turned out to be awareness training and the Feldenrkrais method. He is now 100% recovered, and in this podcast he discusses what focal dystonia is, how he recovered, and what tools others might be able to use for themselves.
