How do we find our moments and why are they important? In this final Episode of Season #01, Jacqui reminds us to find some stillness within ourselves, and embrace the little moments in life.

“These moments are essential to allow yourself to breathe and to function.Take a moment, sit down with this and take some time to really think,” Jacqui explained.

“It's imperative that we each reflect and pause and find those moments that speak to us, that ignite joy. Moments that give us some downtime from the chaos and the weight of whatever our shoulders are bearing.”
