While John was still in college in his Junior year he started JCM & Son Associates a tech company designed to support people with their technology and get things done right the first time. His inspiration came from knowing that a large computer chain was attempting to rip his father off to simply change a battery in a computer at a family business. John knew that the most it should have costed about 75.00 plus tax with the battery.

Thus John started with two basic services on-site support for just $10.00 per visit whether it took five minutes or 4 hours it was only $10.00. If he did phone consulting that would just be $5.00 for five minutes or an hour and it started to catch on. When he graduated many of his friends asked if he was painting houses anytime soon because JCM & Son sounded like a paint company. Within a few months he had came up with a new name The JMOR Connection, Inc, and filed all the appropriate paperwork with the state for the change.

John knew that he wanted to build it to more then a copy center and thus Neighborhood Publications was born. A full print production marketing, digital media including video production, public relation, events and print on anything technology. He and his team continue to do what they did over ten years ago which is to take care of every client one by one and deliver value that will captivate them and their prospects.

In 2020, John started being called the Father of LinkedIn with now close to 4000 connections because of his unique way of getting people curious in him and what he does. Thus, the concept of a LinkedIn banner profile was born that easily aroused curiosity in other people to want to learn more.

John is all the host of a National Talk Show The JMOR Tech Talk Show and a local TV show in Princeton NJ and the host of Inspirations for your Life a new daily show to improve the quality of your life and those around you.

John believes that if you love what you do, one will never work a day in their lives.
