She said that it has been easier for CIOs to explain to others the importance of technology. She shared her organization’s plans to move to the cloud, which is an essential step to be taken to protect patient data. She also said: "COVID has accelerated the adoption of technology in the healthcare industry." "We are on a digital transformation journey, but it is a long journey to cover in every area such as infrastructure, network, applications, and cyber-security, among other areas." "With technology, hackers are also becoming smarter. So, security is the highest priority for us as the data that we deal with is the patient healthcare data, which is very sensitive and so, we are implementing a strategy to move to the cloud. We are also working on aspects to protect the data in the cloud." Natasha Rock also said: "We started as a remote support technology company by offering IT solutions for remote working 20 years ago. During the COVID era and in this post-COVID era, we decided to test our own medicines and adopt a hybrid work culture." "No matter how many security policies the company tries to implement, we as human beings have to be conscious of every activity that we do while opening our data as well as our company’s data."
