Her brother wants Penny to leave her Mayfair home and hoard of rescue animals to live with him and his family, but that’s the last thing she wants. Enter: Gabriel Duke, her new next door neighbor who is essentially flipping his house and is banking on a bonafide Lady living next door to maximize the resale value. He offers to help her meet the demands made of Penny for her to keep her house—but of course, the lines get blurry quick. Also discussed: Veronica visits a rage room, stupid double standards, and describing Disney movies in a couple of sentences.
