The CIL Energy Law and Policy Team is joined in conversation by Professor Jorge E. Viñuales, who holds the Harold Samuel Chair of Law and Environmental Policy at the University of Cambridge. He is also the founding director of the Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance and the author of the book, The International Law of Energy. In Part 3, Professor Viñuales discusses the role the international law of energy can potentially play in ASEAN’s efforts to develop a regional power grid.
