Coming straight out of university, he learned how to program and write code, but it was in the real-world product environment, collaborating with teams, that he truly honed his abilities.
One crucial lesson Armel learned from working for enterprise companies was how to build products to last for the long term. These companies prioritize creating products that can withstand the test of time, thinking carefully about design and architecture to ensure longevity. This understanding of developing durable products became a valuable asset to Armel.
Additionally, Armel recognized the importance of company culture in the workplace. The companies he worked for fostered a supportive and team-oriented atmosphere, where individuals enjoyed coming to work and collaborating with like-minded individuals. This environment allowed for learning from experienced colleagues while also providing guidance to newcomers. The positive culture greatly contributed to Armel's personal and professional development.
While Armel acknowledges that he learned many other things during his time in the corporate world, these three aspects stood out the most to him. Armed with these experiences and insights, Armel Beaudry went on to establish himself as a successful founder and leader in his own right.
