The launch episode of 'Bubbles and Benevolence' - We must admit, it was quite the experience for us, and we're still learning the ropes. So please bear with us as we navigate the recording quality. However, we promise to grow and improve with each episode, especially with the help of our fantastic guests who will be joining us on 'Bubbles and Benevolence.'
In this episode of the podcast, we interview Marisa Vecchio, the host herself, a highly accomplished CEO who has made a significant impact in the field of medical accreditation. Marisa shares her journey of becoming CEO and the challenges she has faced along the way. She talks about her working experiences and the role they played in driving change and improving healthcare outcomes in Australia.

Marisa talks about what prompted her to leave her CEO job in search of something new. She also shares a personal struggle she faced when her mother was diagnosed with an ovarian cancer.

Despite the personal challenges she faced, Marisa found new purpose in life when she and her husband purchased and renovated Hanworth House, a heritage-listed property in Brisbane. Today, Hanworth House serves as a luxury long term accommodation and event venue, but it is also a place where Marisa and her team dedicate a lot of their resources to creating bespoke events that benefit the community through fundraising.

Marisa discusses the positive impact Hanworth House has had on the community and how it has allowed her to continue making a difference in people's lives. She also shares her plans for the future.

Throughout the episode, Marisa's passion for helping others is evident. Her inspiring story is a testament to the power of resilience, purpose, and the impact one person can have on the community around them.
