Douglas Scherer promotes the power of compassion and presence in leadership, and the importance of bringing that to today’s leaders. He speaks, researches, and workshops on leadership and is a lecturer at Columbia University’s Masters in Technology Management.
Dr. Scherer has presented to a diverse array of international conferences from the Academy of Management to Oracle OpenWorld. He is an accomplished author with a body of work that includes two previous books published by McGraw-Hill and Prentice-Hall which together sold nearly 50,000 copies.
