In episode 13 I catch up with my friend and client, Sarah Linsenmaier. Sarah is a homesteader, herb farmer, chef and enchanted steward of her place and land. She and her husband Adam are currently working on renovating a property they have named Iron Rabbit Run. Iron Rabbit Run sits just inside the city of Reading and along the (former) Gravity Rail Road line. Sarah and I talk about her love of plants, herbs and cooking as well as her wild childhood influencing her love and stewardship of the land. She also shares the story of her home and how she and her husband Adam came to live there. And a whole lot of good stuff about their plans for this incredible and magical land in the future to be revived as a community hub for learning about homesteading and growing food to consume.
