Something that comes up often with my clients when they are launching, selling, or setting targets for themselves that are financial around their business is the expectation of the result. It can be so easy to put pressure on yourself and your results and live in a constant state of panic and fear of failure, which can lead to feeling deflated and demotivated when things don’t happen in the exact timeframe or in the exact process they expected.
