I think this episode is a most powerful and moving Podcast. Lata Pada is an Indian-born Canadian choreographer and Bharatanatyam dancer. Pada is the founder and artistic director of Sampradaya Dance Creations. Her immense passion for one of our traditional dances comes from a story of great family sorrow and loss. There is much to learn from her resilience, she was awarded the Member of the Order of Canada in 2008 and is an extraordinary woman.
