Let's be honest: We've all encountered some great leaders and some absolutely terrible ones the leadershit. Sadly, our experience has been that there are more leadershit than the leadership we all want to work with. We can also be blind or do not know how to move our leadership from leadershit we've all done it at some point in our careers.
