The Remake Nate Podcast - Real Stories From My Life as an Entrepreneur

1 "I Wish I Wouldn't Have {BLANK}" - Real Life Stories, Regrets and Growth from the Entrepreneurial Grind 14:27
Welcome to "The Remake Nate Podcast!" Thank you so much for taking the time to even consider listening to this podcast. There are so many great podcasts out there by amazing people. I know that you have plenty of options for what you choose to dedicate your listening time to, and I'm humbled and so appreciative that you've even given this one your ears. In this first episode I talk about the importance of learning to listen to your gut when it comes to making decisions while running your business, and the fallout that occurred for me personally when I didn’t listen to mine. It’s hard sometimes to make those decisions, especially when it has to do with employees in particular. As humans, we want to believe that people have our best interest at heart. But the reality is, sometimes, they don’t. Sometimes they are operating based on their own greedy agenda, and when we don’t recognize this and deal with it, it can have extremely damaging results. It certainly did for me personally, as not trusting my gut, and delaying a decision that I knew was in the best interest of both the business and myself, lead to me being sued by a bank, having to battle them in court, and ultimately losing complete control of my business. But how do we know what’s right? The truth is, sometimes we don’t. But there’s always clues and data that we can use to make them, and I made decisions based on emotion over those clues and data (and my gut) and it cost me big time. This story is real. All of my stories are real. That’s what makes The Remake Nate Podcast so unique. Well that, and my honesty and transparency in admitting my mistakes. I hope that you enjoy this first episode!! ~ Nate ——————————————— Thank you for taking the time to listen to this podcast! The Remake Nate Podcast - Real Stories From My Life as an Entrepreneur

1 Stories From a Life Long Entrepreneur - The Remake Nate Podcast: Trailer - Hosted by Nathan J. Mazur 1:04
Entrepreneur and admitted failure on multiple occasions Nathan J. Mazur hosts the Remake Nate Podcast. The Remake Nate Podcast is an open and honest discussion forum where Nathan candidly shares personal stories about his biggest successes and biggest failures and mistakes over the course of the last 22+ years as an entrepreneur. What started as curiosity in his early years of life lead to Nathan falling in love with the idea of creating and owning a business of his own, and working hard to achieve what he perceived as “success”. Some of the stories he shares include extremely painful mistakes and poor decisions that lead to extreme repercussions in both his businesses and his personal life. What’s most interesting about this journey is that even during what most would consider his “successful times”, Nathan still found himself feeling empty and unfulfilled. Nathan discusses this often, and focuses his episodes at time’s on his own personality, coping skills, and mental health. The Remake Nate Podcast isn’t so much a “how to” podcast, but rather one that offers up a sense of humility and honesty that Nathan feels is lacking in other podcasts, and in society as a whole. Nathan says: “This podcast isn’t based on a true story… It IS MY true story…. And I hope that you enjoy listening to me tell it.” --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/remakenate/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/remakenate/support…
