Welcome back friends. So in this episode I get real and vulnerable about my fears and struggles and my loves. I share a bit about what I feel is pressure which could be all in my head but it's a real issue for me and holds me back from being my best authentic myself. Have any of you felt the same way, felt that something that feels so real in your head is holding you back from making a big move or step toward your goals? As the title says I love Jesus and Cardi B (which I took from @MsRachelHollis, a hat she wore once) and I a don't care if you think that is a walking contradiction or if you want to come for me. Today I get a little vulnerable about losing confidence in myself and my knowledge of my work. I have a very high work ethic but I don't carry a degree which I personally have struggled with when it comes to backing my knowledge for a position that most would need a degree to do. I have many years of experience in many fields and in this episode I share a little about why I am struggling with my confidence at work and what I am doing about it. I encourage you to listen and if you are struggling at work just know you aren't alone and a degree doesn't mean you know more than the next person and if you don't have a degree that doesn't mean you don't know more than someone who does.
