The Miami Hurricanes pulled off a dramatic comeback to beat the Virginia Tech Hokies under the lights at Hard Rock Stadium! Ward hit critical plays to Xavier Restrepo and Riley Williams before throwing the game winning touchdown to Jacolby George.

Miami had to make one final defensive stop. Hokies quarterback Kyron Drones thought he had a game-winning Hail Mary to Da’Quon Felton. It was initially ruled a catch, and then overturned upon review. The controversy behind the decision still has fans on both sides buzzing.
