Previously, he was Executive Vice President at Corinth Properties, overseeing projects like Glen Oaks Crossings and Alexan West Dallas. He began his career at The Woodmont Company and led expansion strategies for Panda Express and Panera. A Texas Christian University graduate and Hall of Fame inductee, Terrence chairs the Maiden Foundation and serves on various charitable and civic boards, including UT Southwestern Medical and the Dallas Arboretum.

As Senior Vice President and Group Manager at Comerica Bank, I lead a team providing tailored solutions to middle-market and business banking clients. With over 20 years of banking experience, I excel in sales, credit analysis, business banking, commercial real estate, and nonprofit lending. I'm also an adjunct professor at UNT Dallas, teaching credit analysis and business ethics since 2019. Passionate about education and community development, I serve as a board member and mentor for nonprofits supporting youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and social services, aiming to nurture future leaders, business bankers, and entrepreneurs.
