3.Joe Musgrove might be back this weekend against the Marlins. Would you start him? He was not very good prior to hitting the IL.
4.Joe Ryan left Wednesday’s game with tight triceps. If he misses some starts, who will get them?
a.One thought - Zebby Matthews is now in Triple-A. Good stuff and pounds the strike zone – just doesn’t walk anyone. One of this season’s big breakout pitchers.
5.I’m a big fan of Zach Dezenzo. He got the call for Houston and started Wednesday’s game. Many rookies have gotten the call for Houston, but few have actually played. Does Dezenzo play?
6.That Holliday kid’s pretty good, no?
a.Coby Mayo seems to be following in Holliday’s Part 1 debut. The Orioles just signed JD Davis. He better hit and hit soon. Thoughts?
7.Josh Bell has four home runs since becoming a Diamondback. He’s terribly streaky, but he’s on a roll now. I’m assuming you’re running him out there.
a.He has 18 home runs. Over-under 25?
b.Even if it’s under, he’s a 20/75 guy. Not bad for a cheap corner infielder.
