Episode 6: Our Friends Have Forgotten Us, Part II
Manage episode 407356179 series 3559662
In the last episode, we focused on the importance of friendships and there are two main groups and historical events that were the focus of this discussion: The first was the liberation of Latin American countries and how both the Haitian independence and enslaved Africans have played an active role and a crucial part in helping countries in Latin America fight and win their wars of independence, but only to be forgotten by our Latin American brothers and sisters.
In this second part of Our Friends Have Forgotten Us, we will explore how the Black diasporas worked with the Jewish community during the civil rights movement in the United States to promote equality for them and financial rise. Subsequently, in the end our Jewish brothers and sisters have forgotten the black diaspora people once they have achieved their intended objectives.
