I have such a treat for you in this incredible 2 part interview. This is Part 1 of my interview with Vanessa Blackstone, ACSW, who is a psychotherapist who specializes in helping people with medically unexplained chronic physical symptoms, the Executive Director of the Pain Psychology Center, and a clinical trainer/consultant at the Pain Reprocessing Therapy Center. But in this interview, Vanessa is not here as a professional, rather as a person who herself recovered from vestibular migraine. Vanessa suffered from vestibular migraine from the age of 11 until she was in her mid twenties, and her story is sure to inspire you.
