Before starting EIS Robert: Co-founded Alliance Benefit Solutions, Inc., an insurance agency focused on the Small Group Health Insurance Market, and Served on Blue Shield of California’s Small Group Health Insurance Market Advisory Council representing Orange County. Rob managed the Small Group Health Insurance department for Benefit Partners in Newport Beach, CA. He also spent 13 years in the factory automation industry helping manufacturing companies increase efficiencies and improve employee safety.
