In 2017, thinking he already knew his biological Father, Ryan Shewchuk, Founder and CEO of Forty Wolves, took an Ancestry DNA test.
Fast forward to 2022, inspired by an episode of "Finding Your Roots," and a want to understand the history of his ancestors, to his surprise, Ryan discovered that his biological Father was actually Grammy Award Winning Singer/Songwriter, Humanitarian and Founder of Music For Global Change, Skyler Jett.
