On today's Subscriber only episode we have a Blind tasting of the last 4 bottles in our age series; Hardins creek 2 year, Holladay soft red wheat 6 year, McKenna 10 year, and IW Harper 15 year! We recorded this before doing the series to have a better blind taste test, but turns out we are not great at running a blind! Chef prince joins us to talk more about pairing food and whiskey! Prince Board is an Ohio native and culturally adept chef that isn't afraid to think outside of the box when it comes to cooking and flavor combinations.
