Welcome back to the Lindsay Elmore show. As you may have heard, we are taking a couple of weeks off to celebrate the holiday and find some time to rest. And there is nobody that understands the need to rest more than my guest today, Katerina Lindgold. Katerina started college at age 14 and holds multiple degrees.
She's a graduate of MIT at 23. She was the youngest world aerospace industry executive in the world. And then she collapsed from severe burnout. And this led her to take a look away from satellites and start studying the Function of the human brain.
We talk about brain training, burnout and how we can create joy and growth and flexibility in the way that we think. The other thing that I loved most about this interview, Is that we as a society have forgotten how to be bored.
We've forgotten how to just sit in peace. And that's what we want to talk about today. The power of stillness and how we can contrast that stillness with neuro sprints where we say, I'm going to work really hard, but then I'm going to rest. How can we become better at finding balance in this overstimulated world.
