I nearly canceled the first date with my (now) partner. In the end, the only reason I followed through and went on the date was because of a promise I’d made myself. Months earlier I’d realised that I was subconsciously ‘rolling my eyes’ at parts of the dating process.. (the parts that felt annoying, disappointing or a waste of my time)

And that so long as I kept up this mindset and attitude, I would actually have one foot in and one foot out when it came to dating.. unrealistically hoping for a “perfect”, “seamless”, and “get it done right first go” experience.

The promise I made to myself was that I would show up to the ENTIRE dating process more fully than ever before. In this week’s episode I share candidly about how I got that done:

  • The exact way perfectionism showed up for me in dating (and the hurdle I had to overcome)

  • The ‘bullshit free’ coaching conversation I had with myself

  • 4 things I had to be crystal clear about before I could attract my partner

Plus more!
