Do you feel like you go through phases where you're in a good mindset, seeing awesome results and then something happens, you get out of routine or have a blowout that brings you unstuck and you have to wait until you get your mind in the game again just so you can see progress towards your goals?
And you feel like when your mindset isn't right, it's impossible to say no to any junk food cravings and you just keep spiralling until motivation strikes again?
I used to be stuck in this exact cycle for years. I struggled so hard to simply say no to any junk food I craved and so I could never quite reach my goals. I got so frustrated with myself that I'd almost starve myself in the week just to see progress because I knew on the weekend I wouldn't be able to hold back.
This heavy restriction/blowout routine was making me really unhealthy & I knew something needed to give. I needed to find a way to actually stop wanting the food in the first place.
Now, I am finally in complete control of my eating & no longer crave any junk foods. And if I have any, I can easily stop! I have never been in better shape & I feel so free & in control!
I talk to a lot of girls who are struggling to be in control of their mindset & stay consistent like this so in this episode, I am explaining to you the ridiculously simple thing I did to get to where I am now.
