1. Decision making person – pragmatic – focus on your thought process, understand how you made an impact to the companies bottom line, under the pain points of all organizations – profit .
2. Decision making person – competency – this style of questioning is all delivery focused. Our role is to help the candidate remember where and how he delivered the work. Use examples.
3. Decision making person – business – sell it – this is where you use the simple rule of what you did, how you did it and what was the result. For a business leader, this is key. As a recruiters, our job is to best assess this before the candidate has the interview.
