How would you feel if you left your mobile phone at home? What would happen if you didn't post on Facebook or check your newsfeed today? How many emails or texts have you sent today when you could've made a phone call? Since technology has come on the scene, none of us have been given guidelines for how to use it or what impact it has on our physical, spiritual, mental and social health. I'm noticing that lately, many people are talking about how technology is getting in the way of these things and rather than making life easier, it's tending to make us feel less than efficient, more stressed and overwhelmed. In this week's episode I explain how to identify technological overload, why some of the negative symptoms of too much plugged in time play havoc especially with women over 40 and give 13 ways to introduce some form of taking a break from the digital world into your life.
