Presenter and broadcaster Laura Woods is first up talking to Andy about her extensive presenting career in the world of sports and the new challenge of taking on a breakfast show on talkSPORT at a time where sports came to a pause.

Following Laura, Andy talks to a familiar face to all ages, Helen Skelton known as a presenter on the iconic children's TV show Blue Peter and other popular shows including Countryfile, The Instant Gardener & Lorraine. Helen talks about the new challenges faced by the farming community as the U.K. leaves the EU.

Finally, in a thorough journey of a conversation, Andy talks to Anna Richardson, the host of Channel 4's controversial show Naked Attraction. Anna opens up in a wonderfully honest discussion about her own mental health and her own very personal challenges with Lockdown. She also shares a frankly hilarious anecdote about a particular occasion whilst filming Naked Attraction where one of the contestants really rather inconveniently 'rises to the occasion' at the wrong time...
