In Episode 85, I talk about the importance of environmental change. Our environment can affect us subtlety and dramatically. It can cause us to be productive or remain stifled and in a slump. The act of changing our environment can positively influence our productivity, relationships, mental health, and our overall well being. But, we have to be aware - and ready to make a change.
