Looking back at my previous thoughts and opinions on nutrition, I'm reminded just how much my ideology has changed the more I've learned. The information we receive about nutrition is constantly evolving and improving (take eggs for example) and I wanted to share some important considerations when it comes to some of the nuance of nutrition.
