You are your own best coach, and in this episode we’ll discuss how you can coach yourself using a simple tool called the Self Coaching Model, also referred to as “The Model.” Master Coach Brooke Castillo created the Model to help her clients gain insight into the underlying cause of their problems. The Model takes any challenge that you are facing, and breaks it down into five components - circumstances, thoughts, feelings, actions, and results. Once you understand where your problem fits in The Model, you have the power to solve it.
