Growing your own produce is an excellent way of being more self-sufficient and to enjoy fresh foods that are pesticide-free. And also, by doing so, you don't have to buy it which means less packaging waste.
Tasmanian born Italian Chef and food lover Massimo Mele who you've probably seen on TV or you might have eaten at one of his restaurants over the years. We talk about growing food, getting kids involved in the kitchen and we go behind the scenes and talk about waste in the restaurant industry. Plus a special virtual tour of Massimo's fridge! I was able to catch Massimo on his way home so he does have gorgeous brewing in this episode that you might enjoy hearing in this show.
