Everything that we do whether it's exercising or being stuck in isolation, we should start shifting our beliefs in order to make ourselves the person that we want to be and reach those goals that we have. We're so caught up on the idea of changing our physique that we sometimes forget that a total mindset shift had to happen first.
A proper mindset is vital when exercising and that is the highlight of today's episode with Hannah MacDonald. She is the founder of Burn Theory - a fitness studio in Hobart, Tasmania, where real-women thrive. We will learn from her how they focus on educating people to start recognizing their bad habits and self-sabotaging behaviors that can get in the way of their goals and how consistency and routine is the key to living a healthy and happy life.
