Everything that we do whether it's exercising or being stuck in isolation, we should start shifting our beliefs in order to make ourselves the person that we want to be and reach those goals that we have. We're so caught up on the idea of changing our physique that we sometimes forget that a total mindset shift had to happen first.
A proper mindset is vital when exercising and that is the highlight of today's episode with Hannah MacDonald. She is the founder of Burn Theory - a fitness studio in Hobart, Tasmania, where real-women thrive.
