After completing my certification, now more than ten years ago, I made a conscious choice to become a member of ICF. In my long corporate career at Capgemini, I have seen that clients value ICF membership in the Netherlands and internationally. Six years ago I chose to start my own business with my company Power2Bloom. www.power2bloom.nl

I coach professionals and executives and guide teams in a change or in their development. I like to do stuff, people say about me that I am empathetic, decisive and creative. I like to bring inspiration and like to be inspired. I am addicted to deepening the conversation and like to learn a lot. That is why, after studying neuroscience, I am now writing a book about creating more self-awareness and how you can make neuroscience work for you.

What would the world look like if we embrace the idea that learning is part of it? That is why a role on the board of ICF Netherlands is also appropriate for me at the moment. There is so much to do and to learn. My motto is: I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become. I have 2 adult daughters, Sofie and Sarah, and I am married to Onno and live in Scheveningen, near the beach, in the Netherlands.
