Join us this week as we cover our second Christmas themed park located at the base of Pikes Peak in Colorado. The North Pole has been open since 1956 and offers over 25 rides for children 2-12. Many of the rides are themed for Christmas, including a GIANT Christmas tree with flying helicopters at the base. Another attraction you won't miss is the Peppermint Slide with its tall ride and white stripped structure.
But if the rides aren't doing it for you, don't count out the shops! Visit Santa's Toy Shop, a glass blowing shop with live demonstrations, Santa's Chapel with a nativity set up, and Santa's home to meet the big man himself!!!
