Today’s ADHD friend is Annushka Sims and she is one hell of a RESILIENT human being. She is a fellow content creator who provides inspiration and hope for millions of people with ADHD all over the world. Recently diagnosed 2 years ago, her journey is fascinating and in her owns words “I woke up one day & said I am done with being sad.
