Oh Boy, new episode! This one is a banger. We have local wine master Tim Martin featured this week. He drops all sorts of knowledge on how to make the perfect grapes and dives deep into the different types of wine there are just in this area alone.
My favorite takeaway from this episode was the "Rule Of 3s" Tim explained he does manages his time and projects in 3s. 1 job to pay the bills, 1 hobby you love, and 1 passion project. This keeps him from overwhelming himself with all the temptations in the world and won't start a new project until one of those 3 are closed.
